How to delete your account
Delete your account in the OncoBond app
If you are able to access your OncoBond account, you can request account deletion directly from within the app. Follow the account or privacy settings provided in the app and select the account deletion option.
Account deletion is intended to permanently remove your account and the personal data or content associated with it, subject to information that we are required or permitted to retain under applicable law.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app or cannot delete your account from within the app, you can request account deletion by email.
- Send an email from the email address associated with your OncoBond account.
- Use the subject line "OncoBond Account Deletion".
- State that you want your OncoBond account deleted.

What happens when you request deletion?
We will process your deletion request and delete your OncoBond account and personal data associated with the account, subject to any information that must or may be retained under applicable legal requirements.
Information that is required to be retained for legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or other lawful purposes may be retained for the applicable period.

Important
Please do not send your password or unnecessary sensitive medical information by email. The email address associated with your OncoBond account is sufficient for us to identify the account for a deletion request.
